Who processes the data

The contact form

When you send an enquiry we receive your name, email address, company if you add it, the area you picked and your message. We use them only to answer the enquiry and for any agreement that follows from it (legal basis: steps prior to a contract and legitimate interest).

The enquiry is emailed to us through Resend. We keep enquiries while the conversation lasts and for at most two years after the last message, unless a contract follows.

No tracking

synco.hr uses no cookies, analytics or third-party tracking. Fonts and animations load from synco.hr, with no calls to other servers.

The host (Vercel) briefly keeps technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security and to stop abuse of the form.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data and object to its processing. You can complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
